The quoted rent does not include letting fees. Depending on your circumstances, and the property, the following letting fees may apply. All fees are inclusive of VAT at the prevailing rate.
Referencing - £50 per person
This is charged for each adult tenant applying for the tenancy (including dependants of tenants aged 18 years and over). Non refundable.
Guarantor Referencing - £50 per person
Charged only if a guarantor is required and charged for each guarantor that is referenced. Non refundable.
Company Referencing - £300
Tenancy Agreement & Schedule of Condition - £150
Charged and payable once referencing criteria have been met and Landlord agrees to grant tenancy. Non refundable.
A deposit equivalent to one month’s rent, subject to a minimum of £650, will be required to be paid at the start of the tenancy.
