Tenancy Agreement & Schedule of Condition - £150
Charged and payable once referencing criteria have been met and Landlord agrees to grant tenancy. Non refundable.
A deposit equivalent to one month’s rent, subject to a minimum of £650, will be required to be paid at the start of the tenancy.
