Referencing - £50 per person
This is charged for each adult tenant applying for the tenancy (including dependants of tenants aged 18 years and over). Non refundable.
Guarantor Referencing - £50 per person
Charged only if a guarantor is required and charged for each guarantor that is referenced. Non refundable.
Company Referencing - £300
Tenancy Agreement & Schedule of Condition - £150
Charged and payable once referencing criteria have been met and Landlord agrees to grant tenancy. Non refundable.
A deposit equivalent to one month’s rent, subject to a minimum of £650, will be required to be paid at the start of the tenancy. This is subject to referencing and the Landlord may require a higher deposit if the referencing criteria are not met. Further details will be provided if additional deposit fees become necessary.
If applicable, the amount will vary from property to property and will be verified at the outset.
Check Out Fee - £75
Payable at the end of the tenancy following inspection of the property by Agent and Landlord.
